A much better way to make sure that you get the sleep that you need every day is to do things that are relaxing right before bedtime, such as taking a nice warm bath, doing some aromatherapy with candles or oils, reading some poetry or perhaps listening to some soothing classical music. By doing these things you will find that you are able not only to fall asleep more quickly, but did you stay asleep for longer periods of time.
